We are excited to announce that our design-build team, SMP design + Turnbull-Wahlert Construction, has been selected to design & construct River Center, in Middletown, Ohio.
SMP will provide Architectural services, collaborating with Schaefer as Structural Engineer, EBS Engineering as MEP Engineer, and Bayer Becker as Civil Engineer and Landscape Architect with Turnbull-Wahlert Construction as the Construction Manager.
