Third Eye Brewery Break Ground in Sharonville

Pepper Construction recently commenced building of  a new 1-story, 7.500 SF, $2.1 million brewery and tap-room, designed by SMP design. It is sited adjacent to a large hotel and across the road from the Sharonville Convention Center. The brewery includes brewing production space, a large bar, beer-hall type seating, lounge area, full-service kitchen, elevated deck, and covered patio seating.  Although fully conditioned, this industrially-themed facility has 5 large glass garage doors to be opened in favorable weather, in combination with large overhead fans.
