Well rounded with a diverse history of successfully executing a variety of upper management positions throughout his career, Guylando’ s aptitude to thrive in ever evolving team and project environments has ingrained in him a unique insight into the project collaborative process. Over 25 years in the construction industry has enabled him with a back ground in constructability, project development, process improvement, mentoring, strategic planning, contract administration and a career of completing project after project. Regardless of the position, the contractors, the type of project and the constraints, Guylando’ s ability to lead and deliver has often resulted in clients requesting him back on other ventures. Guylando’ s background in projects from the construction management perspective and also as a design builder is an invaluable asset to SMP design, allowing the firm to provide expertise on projects that come from all areas of the design and build process.
