University of Cincinnati ECUP Upgrades

Project Description: The project is intended to add chilled water capacity to the East Campus Utility Plant (ECUP). Included is the removal and replacement of mechanical roof equipment and the resultant modification of the roof. An Electrical Switchgear Room addition occurs withing the existing envelope. SMP is providing Code Consulting services to address occupancy and egress, fire ratings, and other life safety requirements.
