Project Description: Generating 100 Megawatts of power, as well as providing increased heating and cooling capacity for the campus, this project also includes a 4-story corporate office building for ENGIE. SMP worked as part of a EPC design team led by RMF Engineering, based in Baltimore. The team worked with Design Group in Columbus and subsequently RAMSA in New York, who developed the exterior skin. SMP's primary responsibility was the design of the office tower portion and to to design the roofscape, as well as provide general Architectural coordination of the project, including collaborating with other design specialists on the building envelope.
